This guide walks you through installing the Onboard B2B Application Form in your Shopify Customer Account Portal, allowing prospective B2B customers to submit an application.
Install the Application Form
In the Onboard B2B app, open the Installation tab.
Click Launch editor.
In the Shopify Customer Account Editor, click the + button and add the Application Form app block to your Accounts page.
Click Save to publish your changes.
đ Note: The Application Form can only be installed in Shopify's Customer Account Portal. It cannot be added to your online store theme, theme templates, or legacy customer account pages.
After saving your changes, the Application Form is installed and ready to be added to your Customer Accounts navigation so customers can access it.
This can be accomplished by either using the quick actions displayed in the Application form settings:
Or by going directly to your Shopify Customer account main menu and adding the Application form link from the Apps menu options:
