This guide walks you through installing the Onboard B2B Storefront Lock to restrict your storefront to approved B2B customers only.
Install the Storefront lock
In the Onboard B2B app, open the Installation tab.
Click Storefront lock.
Click Launch editor.
Verify the lock is enabled then click Save to publish your changes.
With the Storefront lock enabled, customers will see a custom message based on the status of their application, preventing unapproved B2B customers from accessing your storefront:
The Storefront Lock includes several settings within the Theme Editor app embed, including options to display your logo, redirect customers to the Application Form page, and configure custom messages for each application status, such as Pending and Rejected.
⚠️ Note: If you wish to use the Storefront B2B-only lock feature, then you must disable (uncheck) Shopify's native B2B access control setting. This setting is found in the Shopify admin under Online Store > Preferences.
